Are you tired of hearing about yet another tech-bro CEO making thousands off of something that could practically be a scam?

"I made $20,000 in 2 months here how"
"I sent Chatgpt 200 test prompt so you don't have to"
"I gained 300,000 followers on TikTok with this ONE simple hack"

We are tired of hearing the same old cookie cutter romanticised stories of success and happiness. The truth?

No one size fits all. The remote back-packer tiktoker, course owner isn't the be-all and end-all of the human experience.

Some of us actually want to be at home to take care of our mothers, to see our nephew kick his first football. We want to be out in the river climbing its banks. We want to be in the park with a pen and a journal humming rhymes and rhythms that speak to the soul.

Whatever it is, it's meaningful, and deserves a platform.

Office Hour Monday is a different kind of business newsletter that centres human happiness and above all, real life.

We want to share advice, stories and accomplishments of people outside of the Global North doing things that inspire you to go for your dreams.

It's so easy to feel we are alone in our thinking, especially when the internet is a sea of inauthentic AI slop and automations.

Join us monthly in growing genuine fruits of joy and love!

Here's what you can expect

  • Caribbean, global-south perspectives.
  • Heart and soul-led business advice that promotes self-care and social justice at its core.
  • Job, internship and volunteering opportunities (entry level and open to people in the Caribbean and beyond)
  • Travel & learning opportunities

About Fruitstamp

Fruitstamp started from a frustration we couldn't shake: watching talented people and businesses in the global south hold themselves back—not because they lacked skill or vision, but because they were trapped by outdated ideas of what a "real business" is supposed to look like. We left Jamaica, worked abroad, and expected to see how far ahead the rest of the world was. Instead, we had a revelation: Jamaica isn't behind. We're actually leading in so many ways—our creativity, our resilience, our ability to make magic out of limited resources. The problem wasn't that we needed to "catch up." The problem was that we weren't acting like the innovators we already are.

We kept seeing the same pattern: businesses trying to whip themselves into rigid, corporate discipline instead of building efficient systems. Marketing stuck in the 1980s when we should be having fun with it. Serious people doing serious work but presenting it in the most boring, forgettable way possible. Entrepreneurs trapped by expensive, ill-fitting tools because they thought that's just what "professional" businesses use.

So we created Fruitstamp to disrupt that. We help businesses step fully into their energy—bold, efficient, and unapologetically themselves. We build the digital infrastructure and branding that reflects who you actually are, not who you think you're supposed to be. Because the global south isn't catching up. We're setting the pace. It's time we start acting like it.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure the Global South stays competitive in the Age of Automation and a rapidly changing world. That means setting up efficient systems—but also crafting standout marketing, design, and customer experiences that make people want to engage. We believe digital equity includes access to good taste, clear messaging, and tech that actually works for you.

From first-time tech setups to scroll-stopping branding, we guide you through the messy middle of digital growth with tools you can own, understand, and scale—no bloated software with overpriced subscriptions.

We believe the future belongs to those who are going all in for their customer experience. That’s why we don’t just organise your backend—we amplify your front-facing presence too. Because strong infrastructure + stellar storytelling? That’s how you show up with impact.

Support us in our vision to...

  • Improve the customer experiences and tech equity.
  • Promote connectivity and access to technology to equal the playing field.
  • Create learning resources to help people kickstart their dream projects and brands.
  • Support organisations in the Global South teaching future-ready skills to youth.
  • Expanding the influence of brands championing innovation in the Caribbean and beyond.
